Bioinformatics technical and computation support is provided to the Michigan State University (MSU) biologic research community. Resources include bioinformatics application support, tutorials on solving bioinformatics problems, best practices using the MSU High Performance Computing Center (HPCC), using iPlant for bioinformatics analysis, and slides and information related to bioinformatics workshops, seminars, and short courses.
Service is provided to diverse departments including Plant Biology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, Plant and Soil Sciences, Forestry, Veterinary Medicine, Crop and Soil Sciences, and many others
Funding provided by the MSU College of Natural Sciences (CNS) and the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies (VPRGS).
