Customer Notification

Customers will be notified by the Facility Contact person prior to the event in accordance with the guidelines below.  A calendar of planned maintenance events will be posted on this wiki.

Scheduled Maintenance Events

  1. An annual UPS test will be performed.  
    1. 2-3 month advance notification will be sent to Customers for coordination of this test.
    2. While there is little chance of your equipment being adversely impacted, proper precautions should be taken by the Customer in case a power outage occurs.
  2. Yearly preventive maintenance will be performed
    1. 2-3 month advance notification will be sent to Customers for coordination of this maintenance
    2. While there is little chance of your equipment being adversely impacted, proper precautions should be taken by the Customer in case an outage occurs
  3. FM200 Maintenance
    1. A 10 day notification will be sent to Customers prior to any planned test of the fire suppression system

Emergency Maintenance Events

Emergency events could cover a wide range of issues, including power loss, cooling system malfunctions, network outages, or problems with the fire suppression system.  Customers will be notified by the Facility Contact as soon as possible should such events occur.
